Navigate and Sort Entries
URL graphic

By default, you can view entries according to entry numbers, titles, authors, or activity dates.

For example, to sort entries by their author, click on the Author column header. Forum sorts the entries alphabetically according to the author's name. To sort the entries by author in reverse-alphabetical order, click on the Author column header again.

To move one page (single arrow) or ten pages (double arrow) forward or backward in the list of entries, click on the blue arrows above or below the list:

For illustration only:   Double Left Arrow Means Go Ten Pages Toward the Top   Single Left Arrow Means Go One Page Toward the Top    Single Right Arrow Means Go One Page Toward the Bottom   Double Right Arrow Means Go Ten Pages Toward the Bottom

To move to the top or the bottom of the list, click on the First or Last arrow:

For illustration only: Left Arrow and a Bar Means Display the Top Page     Right Arrow and a Bar Means Display the Bottom Page

If these arrows are grey, you cannot move any further in that direction in the list. This happens when you are at the top or the bottom of the list.

In addition to these navigation arrows, you can click on the page numbers to go to a specific page in the list. You can find the page numbers between the direction arrows.
